We had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was exceptional, making it convenient to explore the city, the service left a lot to be desired. Our room issues and some unprofessional interactions really impacted our stay. However, the responsiveness of the housekeeping staff was a silver lining during our visit.

The room we finally stayed in was supposed to be deluxe but had cleanliness issues and lacked proper upkeep. It was bigger than the first room we were given, but it still didn't meet our expectations since we paid for a higher category.
